On February 24, DD&L Associados held another edition of its traditional Leadership Coffee, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to anticipating regulatory developments and acting strategically in response to ongoing legislative updates.
The meeting was dedicated to analyzing the recent updates to NR-1, with special emphasis on psychosocial risks and the practical impacts of the new guidelines on companies. The discussion adopted a preventive approach, focused on risk mitigation and the promotion of safer and more sustainable organizational environments.
The program featured the participation of Marcela Viana, serving as external HR Development consultant (DHO), and Dr. Priscilla Rosas, Coordinator of the Labor & Employment practice at DD&L, who led the technical discussion. The exchange of insights and expertise provided attendees with a clear understanding of legal obligations, implementation challenges, and best practices for complying with the new requirements.
